Environmental public health services are performed by the Moniteau County environmental public health specialist. These services relate to food establishments and events, state-licensed child care facilities, state-licensed lodging facilities, on-site wastewater treatment systems, environmental complaints, disease outbreak investigations and information about environmental health.
